Under the Apprenticeship Strand, the I-Work Technical Assistance Project aims to develop an ideal Apprenticeship models to increase companies participation in Apprenticeships programme.
We will use an action-research methodology to gather the response of companies in Manufacturing sector, and produce a custom Apprenticeship models that creates a beneficial prospect for young people.
The project will go through three stages which involve the following main activities:-
- Survey Design, Dissemination and Implementation.
- Relationship Establishment.
- Model Development and Stakeholders Workshop.
All deliverables of The Technical Assistance Project is expected to be completed by 24 January 2020.
