British Council Malaysia administers a number of exams on behalf of UK's universities, schools and professional bodies. We also administer examinations on behalf of other international examination boards. We work with:
- professional qualification boards
- Admission Testing Services which offers tests such as the STEP.
- universities for exams such as MBAs, other university degree examinations including those related to distance learning programmes and re-sits
- boarding schools for entrance examinations.
Sales and Services Tax (SST) Notice: Under Malaysian regulations, a 6% Sales and Services Tax (SST) applies to non-Malaysian test takers under Education Scope. All SST collected will be remitted to Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) in accordance with Malaysian tax regulations.
