The British Council Malaysia Arts Team would like to appoint a consultant for 6 months from October 2023 to March 2024 to work alongside the team to build and implement the first year of the 3-year Human-Nature programme.
Human-Nature aims to highlight Borneo's cultural diversity and biodiversity, giving opportunities to artists, arts organisations, communities, and researchers from both UK and Malaysia to collaborate, share knowledge and best practices, and explore alternative perspectives of our relationship with each other (Inclusion) and our relationship with the environment (Climate Action).
The appointed curator will be vital to shape the programme, and assist the British Council Malaysia Arts team to connect UK and Malaysian artists, organisations, community leaders and collectives that are seeking collaboration opportunities and partnerships.
