"Social Enterprise and Creative Problem Solving" is a talk by Catriona Maddocks, Co-Founder of Catama Borneo. She will speak on the changing nature of global business and the important role social enterprises play. This talk will explore the problems faced in the world around us and how to develop creative solutions for sustainable businesses that will tackle the problem and address the needs of society.

Entrepreneurs for Good is a competition held by the British Council in partnership with the Arthur Guinness Projects. Open to budding social entrepreneurs and existing social enterprises who wish to upscale, the competition aims to ensure their social business model is sustainable and creates a positive social impact in the community.

Speaker's Profile

Originally from the UK, Catriona trained as a visual artist, and has lived in Sarawak for 5 years, working in Design and Education fields. She has a love for sarawakian craft and a passion to see talented Sarawakian artisans achieve the acclaim they deserve.
