Active Citizens positions intercultural dialogue and social responsibility as the
basis for 21st century social leadership. Active Citizens is delivered through
partnerships with universities, civil society and private organisations.
Active Citizens encourages community members, specifically leaders working
within marginalised communities, to take ownership of and to address their social
needs. It offers the knowledge, project management skills and experience to help
them identify and use networks to confront social challenges and to reach their
community goals.
Since 2009, we have delivered Active Citizens with civil society organisations
worldwide, reaching over 100,000 people through training, conferences, social
research and international study visits.
