The British Council in Malaysia is delighted to invite offer holders of UK institutions, interested students and their families to attend our pre-departure briefings this July and August. There will be two sessions of pre-departure briefings for students who are furthering their studies to the UK to provide essential information in preparation for their departure to the UK.
Representatives from the British Council, UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), students, key academic representatives and alumni of UK universities will be sharing useful information on:
- preparation for travel, finances and accommodation
- the visa application process
- what to expect when you arrive in the UK
- life as a student in the UK
- pathways available for UK graduates
