The Creative Hubs Malaysia website is a digital platform developed through the Hubs for Good programme. Launched on 27 August 2020, the website was created with the core aim of connecting Malaysian creative hubs, as well as to increase their visibility to policy-makers and the public.
Together with British Council Malaysia, the website is a collaborative work by a team of researchers; Husna Khaidil, Ali Alasri and Clarissa Lim, scholars of the Hubs for Good programme currently undergoing postgraduate studies at Universiti Malaya.
The website opens with a homepage that gives visitors a brief understanding of creative hubs in the Malaysian context. Its main feature is its growing directory where it brings together a listing of Malaysian creative hubs. By March 2021, the team aims to share the Hubs for Good programme’s mapping and research report, as well as the toolkit, amongst other resources relevant to the sustainability of creative hubs on the website.
The Creative Hubs Malaysia website is now live at www.creativehubs.my.
Contact us at info@creativehubs.my if you are a hub that would like to be part of this initiative.
