Confidence is the key to success. We aim to develop our young learners skills to help them to read and write, express themselves fluently & accurately, and we believe that learning should be a fun, motivating and engaging experience.

Morning session (writing): 10am - 1.15pm
Afternoon session (public speaking): 2.15pm - 5.30pm
Age: 5-17 years old
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Damansara & Penang (Face-to-face)
Price: RM288 for one session & RM499 for both sessions
Program Outline
Fun in English: Drama and Shakespeare
Phonics: 5 to 6 years old
Our one-day holiday course uses this basis to explore the theme of Drama with Shakespeare to aid your child’s writing development, build vocabulary and to give them the confidence to improve their speaking skills through drama!
- Develop key phonics skills through Story Time with Shakespeare!
- Develop spelling, vocabulary, and motor skills through arts & crafts!
- Build confidence in speaking by performing your own drama scene from a classic Shakespeare play!
Morning Session: Phonics Story Time!
- Develop phonics skills by building knowledge of sounds, spelling and writing through Shakespeare Story Time!
- Develop confidence & motor skills through arts & crafts.
- Watch and listen to the story of Much Ado about Nothing.
- Learn & master Phonics sounds /h/, /c/, /m/.
- Use arts and crafts to create your own Shakespeare Story Time!
Afternoon Session: Drama Time!
- Develop speaking skills & build confidence in public speaking through drama.
- Watch and listen to a classic Shakespeare play and answer questions about it.
- Learn & master Phonics sounds /r/, /j/.
- Make a storyboard of a Shakespeare play and talk about each scene.
- Perform your play to an audience.
Primary: 7 – 9 years old / 10 - 12 years old
For Primary classes we offer two different courses tailored your child’s age and ability level:
- 7 – 9 years old
- 10- 12 years old
Aim:
- Develop your creative writing skills through writing your own version of a classic Shakespeare Story!
- Build confidence in speaking by performing your own Shakespeare play in front of an audience!
Morning Session: Creative Writing Skills
- Learn about character development by watching a Shakespeare story and use that to write your own story.
- Understand conventions of written stories and use these to structure your story.
- Learn about character motivation and development and use that to write interesting characters.
- Use a range of vocabulary and sentence structures and make accurate use of spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
Afternoon Session: Public Speaking / Drama
- Rehearse and perform a play in groups.
- Use visual techniques i.e., body language to show the emotions of my character.
- Use vocal techniques i.e., intonation, pausing and sentence stress to make my character more convincing.
- Learn and apply techniques for memorizing dialogue and build confidence through performing your play.
Secondary: 13 – 15 years old / 15 - 17 years old
For our Secondary level we offer two different courses tailored your child’s age and ability level:
- 13 - 15 years old
- 15- 17 years old
Aim:
- Explore our bespoke Chat GPT website to research cutting-edge, real-world new technologies!
- Research & write an article on how artificial intelligence can allow you to take full control of your language learning!
- Presentation skills: Design, develop and pitch an innovative new technology!
Morning Session: Writing Skills
- Research a Chat GPT website and write a magazine article on how artificial intelligence can allow you to take full control of your language learning
- Understand key conventions of written articles and use these to better engage the reader.
- Select and use information I have researched for specific purposes.
- Use a range of vocabulary and sentence structures and make accurate use of spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
Afternoon Session: Presentation Skills
- Design, develop and pitch a new product idea to a group of investors on a technological Innovation.
- Use visual techniques i.e., body language to better convey my message & hold an audience’s attention.
- Use vocal techniques i.e., intonation, pausing and sentence stress to make my presentation more engaging.
- Use verbal techniques i.e., language to structure my talk to allow the audience to understand my key message.
