Changes are taking place in our world every day as a result of Covid-19 and our hearts and thoughts are with all who have been impacted by this global event. At the British Council, the health, safety and well-being of all our staff, customers, partners and the communities in which we operate in are top priority. We support and cooperate with all local government agencies by putting necessary measures in place.
Front-of-house services at our Kuala Lumpur and Damansara centre are available Tuesdays to Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. while our Penang centre is available Tuesdays to Fridays, 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
Following the latest announcement, entry to our centres will follow these SOPs:
- Mask must be worn at all times in the centre
- Visitors who are ‘High Risk’ or under Home Surveillance and Observation order (HSO) will not be allowed to enter
