Customer Management Executive
The main duty of the Customer Management Executive is to ensure a high quality, efficient integrated customer service experience for all our students.

He/She will be required to meet and exceed customer experience and management targets/KPIs as set out by the organisation. In terms of customer management, the Executive will provide an exceptional level of customer service to all customers to ensure their needs and request are taken care of either face to face, telephone or email. Students are to be registered accurately, records maintained and updated. They should also be informed of the registration periods in a timely manner either via telephone, email or face to face. He/She will have to complete the documentation and recording of payments for customers according to the standards specified in the CAMPUS/FABS Easy Step Guide and or POS Systems. Other duties include maintaining and updating all databases and reports in a timely and accurate manner, participating and/or providing sales support in all sales and marketing events.
To be considered for this role, you must bring along at least 1-year experience in customer service, preferably in the services industry. We are looking for individuals with customer management and competent IT skills. You must have attained Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia/Malaysian Certificate of Education and if you possess a Diploma/Degree in any discipline, you will be a preferred candidate. Good written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential.
