Role overview

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AND WHY

  • You will be thrilled to find yourself developing e-learning units which have been identified by training needs analysis at global level.
  • You will review training needs analysis, to ensure consistency which covers the maximum number of countries as possible within different regions.
  • You will work with the Quality and Training global team to ensure effectiveness of trainings while developing other materials, such as videos, presentations and other support materials.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You should bring along a relevant professional qualification such as a diploma or degree which enables you to build e-learning and instructional design.

You should be at least C1 level in English.

You shall have advanced skills using e-learning development software and ability to engage with key stakeholders and collaborate with subject matter experts.
